Right of withdrawal
You have a period of fourteen days to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason. The period runs from the conclusion of the contract.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise this right, notify us of your decision (Boss IPTV, support@boss-iptv.net) by an explicit statement. It is enough to send the notification before the deadline expires.
Effects of withdrawal
In the event of a valid withdrawal, we refund all payments received without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your notification.
Exception for digital content
The right of withdrawal ends early once performance has begun with your express prior consent and your acknowledgement that you lose that right — which, in practice, means once your Boss IPTV login credentials have been activated and delivered. If you are unsure before committing to a longer plan, the $10 1-month trial lets you test the service first.
